Biography

 Stephen Milburn Stephen Millburn is a Vault Controler in the C.I.T sector (cash in transit). Throughout his career he has progressed through a number of roles in financial securities and has spent time in the Customs and Excise Department, The Scottish Office and Lloyds Bowmaker Finance Co. Stephen is married with two children - aged 13 and 21 - and is also a foster parent. He lives in Livingston. He previously stood as a Conservative Candidate at local level in Muirhouse in 1984. Stephen enjoys the internet, driving and collecting model buses and trains. He is also a member of MENSA.

Reasons for Supporting the New Party
